TGEA Trans Gender Education Association
The Transgender Education Association (TGEA) was established as an attempt to bring together the varied segments of the gender community into a nurturing and supportive network of individuals. Now, as we enter our 25th year, our other goals are just as important: to provide a supportive environment and day-to-day assistance for transgender individuals and their significant others, friends, family and allies (SOFFAs), helping them overcome their sense of isolation and providing educational and social opportunities.

Dr. Carol L. Clark, PA
“Are you feeling disconnected? Does your life feel out of control? Do you have concerns about sex? Relationships? I am a Board Certified Sex Therapist with more than 15 years experience helping individuals and couples who are struggling with loss of intimacy, compulsive behaviors, or a history of abuse.
I use cognitive-behavioral interventions, introducing tools and strategies that you can use immediately to implement positive change. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is a very effective method of dealing with phobias, traumatic memories and disturbing thoughts, often in only a few sessions.
Telephone counseling is a great way to help folks who don't have access to a qualified professional, are on the road, or who want extra confidentiality. If that sounds like it may work for you, please pick up the phone and let's talk.”
